Spot's TOTS

In this class, little gymnasts will learn body awareness through a variety of activities designed specifically for their age. Basic gymnastic skills are introduced through the use of games and with manipulatives. The goal of this class is to increase independence and have fun while learning gymnastics.  

 In the 2-3 class children learn to follow directions and wait their turn as they learn basic skills like different types of body shapes and movement, forward and backwards rolls, supporting themselves on the bars, and walks, kicks, and hops on the beam. 

For children starting at age 3 who want to learn basic gymnastics skills. Helps kids develop strength, flexibility, coordination in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Kids will also learn valuable skills such as following directions and safety rules, waiting their turn and working cooperatively with other kids. 

This class is for our little gymnasts ages 3 - 5 who are more advanced and ready to be challenged. 

Not only are their gymnastics skills superb but so are their listening skills.
