Terms of Use for Spirit Gymnastics

Welcome to Spirit Gymnastics! These Terms of Use govern your participation in our programs and use of our facilities. By enrolling in our classes or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services offered by Spirit Gymnastics, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not participate in our programs or use our facilities.

2. Membership and Enrollment

Eligibility: Participants must meet age and skill level requirements as specified in our program descriptions.

Enrollment Process: Interested individuals must complete a registration form and submit payment before attending classes.

Membership Types: We offer  monthly. Detailed information is available on our website.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

Show respect to coaches, staff, and fellow gymnasts.

Follow all instructions provided by coaches and staff.

Maintain a positive and supportive environment.

Refrain from any behavior that could harm others or disrupt classes.

Consequences: Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

4. Waiver and Release of Liability

Participants (or their guardians) must sign a waiver acknowledging the inherent risks associated with gymnastics. This waiver releases Spirit Gymnastics, its owners, employees, and affiliates from liability for any injuries that may occur while participating in activities at our facility.

5. Health and Safety

Medical Disclosure: Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely.

Emergency Procedures: In case of injury, staff will administer first aid and may call emergency services if necessary. Parents/guardians will be notified immediately.

6. Fees and Payments

Membership Fees: Membership fees are due at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership by filling out drop form before the 15th of every month. No refunds will be issued for unused classes.

7. Photo and Video Release

Participants and their guardians consent to the use of photos and videos taken during classes for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and advertising. If you do not wish to have your image used, please notify us.

8. Modifications to Terms

Spirit Gymnastics reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or announcements at the gym. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania/USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Lansdale/Pennsylvania.
