beginner classes
Gymnasts learn the basic foundational gymnastics skills while working on flexibility, and strength.
Gymnasts are introduced to the 4 women's gymnastics events. A perfect class for anyone 5 years and up who has never done gymnastics before!
intermediate classes
INVITE ONLY: This class is for gymnasts who have mastered the skills from the Beginner class and are comfortable with each of the gymnastics apparatuses.
At the Intermediate level the gymnasts work to improve their form and technique while learning more advanced skills.
advanced classes
INVITE ONLY: This class is for gymnasts who have mastered the skills from the Beginner class and are comfortable with each of the gymnastics apparatuses.
Girls in the Advanced class have demonstrated not only the ability to safely perform basic gymnastics skills, but also good form and technique.
